The Brush Factory is East Fremantle’s newest home for creative business and arts professionals.

The development of the heritage listed Brush Factory building, originally built to manufacture brushes and brooms, has lovingly restored the interior of the building, to produce spectacular spaces for Dance, Music, Yoga, Meditation, Design, Marketing and much more. Occupying the main floor of the existing heritage shell, are two state of the art studio spaces, currently hosting a variety of performing arts and lifestyle classes to all ages of the community.

At the rear of the building, three levels of glamorous office space have been designed with sensational views and an abundance of light. Best of all, the semi- basement is soon to launch a stunning new live Jazz and Blues venue – Duke of George. The Duke is Fremantle’s newest live music venue; Where Jazz meets Blues, in a sophisticated intimate experience with southern style hospitality and charm. The venue provides a worthy performance space for local talent and elite touring musicians. Cabaret style tables and chairs are set up close to the stage, and of course there is room for dancing. Excellent front of house table service will offer a humble Southern style menu, and a very stylish list of cocktails.

The Brush Factory concept has been nine years in the making, and is passionately dedicated to the locals and beyond. Arts and lifestyle classes are now enrolling, studio space is for hire, office tenancy is available and the very exciting Duke of George Jazz and Blues venue will be launching soon.
